Nothing really. They do offer benefits, so I guess that's nice. But don't expect to get maternity or paternity leave.

Cons

This is one of the absolute WORST companies you could possibly work for. They do NOT care about you... they only care about their bottom line, which isn't that great. They overwork their employees and severely underpay them.
