Pros
You can pick up and give away shifts as much as you please.
Cons
Managers are rude and EXTREMELY immature. They play obvious favorites and if you're not one of them, don't expect any sort of employee equality. Doesn't matter how hard you work, what you do for guest(s), if you're not a favorite only the negative things you do Will be pointed out. This restaurant is like highschool: drama, drama, and more drama. If you're not in their clique, don't expect anyone to give a lending hand. Just expect them to talk crap about you behind your back. Most are also very lazy and want everyone else to do their job while they get the pay for it. If you're a host, you will be expected to bus tables all shift long for the servers, occasionally food run, and get absolutely NO tip out and hardly ever a simple, "thank you". You will be expected to work anywhere from 8-13 hours, on your feet, on the go non stop, with no break to get food. I have never hated a job more than I have hated this one. Mind you, I have worked for restaurants in the past and really enjoyed it. When I quit this job, I felt like I got out of an abusive relationship.
