      Nothing to be mentioned, ideal for candidates of retiring age.

      Cons

      Endless. No employee development program, no training, no motivation at work, Too much bureaucracy, No increment no promotion, People cannot leave for betterment, Retaliates against employees who leave for other firms. No humanity, no ethical practice at work. Top management shares all the benefits.
