      Pros

      You will learn fast and build a solid career in short time due to the long work hours and short deadlines

      Cons

      You don’t choose your career cause they get advantage of you being a fresh and you accept anyway, they manipulate you so deeply and make you question yourself and leave you with low self esteem because of the constant yelling at you by the manager and blaming you for their failure and wrong management, of course there is no life you work over than 12-14 hours daily and you take zero appreciation for anything you always negligent, this place still exists because of the fake promises the founder keep saying but it’s a matter of time until this place is over you lose your soul there

      Toxic culture disguised as ‘vision’ — No structure, no life

      - Nice visuals and branding—deceptively professional on the outside. - You get to meet other fresh grads (who are also figuring out how to escape).

      Cons

      - No real management: There’s no structure or clear leadership. Decisions are erratic and made on a whim. - No holidays: Forget work-life balance. People are expected to be “grateful” for the chance to work even on Fridays. - Brainwashing culture: Newcomers are sold a fake dream. Endless talks about “vision” and “culture” that are just tools to manipulate and control. - Micromanagement without clarity: They’ll monitor you closely, but won’t give you real guidance. - Zero accountability at the top: Blame always rolls downhill. - No career progression: You're just a piece in their long-term marketing narrative.
