People can be amazing When business is good, everyone is happy, and work is fun Collaboration and experience can be found everywhere

Cons

A sexist and entitled workplace caused by 'family' ties and hiring friends. They overpay some and underpay others, causing rifts and uneven workloads due to a LACK OF TRAINING everywhere Use childish pettiness and ego in interactions with those 'under' them. HR issues across most areas. Losing money constantly due to owners' and 'family' decisions and poor financial controls and training.
