Everyone takes pride in what they do which contributes to a team-oriented environment. Great benefits: medical, dental, vision, 5% 401k match. Flexible office environment prioritizes family first.

Internal communication is sometimes a pain point. The company is growing so process improvement can be challenging.

The best part about working at Baird is the people. We all come from different backgrounds, but everyone works together toward the same purpose and goals. The benefits are also some of the best I’ve seen in this industry — including a 401(k) match and $0 deductible insurance. Baird has clearly invested a lot into making sure employees are taken care of through competitive pay and strong benefits.

Cons

One of the biggest challenges at Baird has been the rapid growth — expanding into new locations and continuing to grow the team. While growth always comes with challenges, it’s also been exciting to be part of watching a small business continue to flourish and evolve. Overall, I’m really proud to work here and appreciate the vision and leadership that have positioned Baird for long-term success.
