      - you have the chance to have extra hours depends of the project - paid courses if you required - you have to have extra money giving menoring to each others

      Cons

      - payment take time to arrive to you account ( 6 days) - once you arrive to the client you are complete alone there - micromanagements

      No legal benefits at all, you must search for private health insurance and other stuffs

      Instability, since once a project ends you go to the bank and if in a month they don't get you a client you go out.
