Pros

Orders are organized, so there are no delays in loading the truck. Expectations are clear, and the day runs smoothly if you stay on schedule. I manage my own route without constant supervision. There are always deliveries to make, and being on the move most of the time makes the day go by quickly.

Cons

Some routes can be hard, with frequent loading and unloading.
