      Work/life balance. Quiet office area. Morgue like atmosphere.

      No; team work in Cedar Rapids, communication amongst groups in the Cedar Rapids office, no leadership in the Cedar Rapids office, no accountability for Cedar Rapids office as compared to the Ankeny headquarters, and no plan for workers in Cedar Rapids if hired by Ankeny headquarters. Very clicky closed off groups not willing to bring people into work. If someone in the Cedar Rapids office doesn't like you, they will run you through the mud. People willing to walk the walk that they spend so much time talking about.
