Pros

Flexible hours a few nice people

Cons

Management doesn't care about anything, everything is a problem in the back, some servers are rude and disrespectful and very selfish, no room for promotion nobody is offered full time, no overtime, no raises, poor scheduling and overall just awful benefits don't exist discount isn't much, does not feed you, very unprofessional, extremely high turnover rate with lack of staffing and those staffed are sometimes under qualified and refuse to do their work blatantly disrespectful and have no repercussions to them what so ever and are in fact rewarded for it.

Coworkers are great. 50% off while working 30% off shift. And 30%off whole pies.

Cons

I bad manager can ruin countless employees. Thats the problem at my location, everyone even the other managers dislike the GM. I have been with the company for over 2 months now and I feel like he hates me, bit everyone says he's just like that.
