Organization Management Communication Stress Process Unclear job description/duty’s No project briefs.ALL LINKS are missing, no deadlines task management or production schedule. Files are missing. If you like to continually redo projects because of system errors and broken links this is the job for you. No working solutions toward problems. Months behind on projects. Only making edits and revisions on former/current projects with dreams to expand artists however much catch-up work needed. Multi tasking x 10000. You’re expected to follow up with others tasks in order to complete your own while drowning in an overflow of tasks. They are sometimes days behind putting you behind. So In over your head with little man power it’s impossible to make steps forward. Probably have had very talented individuals working but no opportunity to show skill or artistic ability’s. Lack of time on everyone’s part to : get any clarification, organize, manage tasks. Honestly it’s beyond management I feel bad for them it’s just a broken system. They are drowning in tasks and lack of organization as well
