It has become increasingly clear that there is a significant lack of respect shown toward the staff by the owner. The owner’s conduct suggests a disregard for the well-being and professional contributions of the employees, which is creating a distressing atmosphere for the team. I believe the current situation is unsustainable and has a negative impact on employee morale.

I honestly wanted to give this review to explain to people how unwelcoming the staff here is. Diana is poor around the people who work for her, and shows little consideration for them. Everyone in the office just seems unhappy and angry. If you value relationship building and values within a company, I suggest you look elsewhere.
