Management is a little spotty, they currently do not have a GM, but overall, the work is doable and the other employees are really nice.

Cons

You could find better pay at many other places. Do not get a free membership until at least 90 days of working there which seems like overkill.

Flexibility. Good if you’re in between jobs.

Cons

Ownership is extremely out of touch of what is actually going on in their business. They often take on more than they can handle and their other gyms suffer for it. Something fishy is going on with the finances. 4 locations have closed in a year under their management.
