Location is in the nicer business park in Valencia, CA

Horrible treatment of employees. I was hired to work on a project, but I was never invited to any of the meetings. Power-tripping manager had plans to fire me even though he was part of the hiring process. He intentionally would give me the wrong information and then call a meeting with HR to tell me I did wrong. HR is just a puppet and beats on employees without questioning anything. Also, HR gave me an elementary school level test during the hiring process, when I have a master's degree with years of working high-level engineering jobs.

BEWARE! This company is owned by a venture capitalist firm. Upper management doesn't care about the employees in any way shape or form. You are just a widget to them. The benefits here are terrible and they will lie to you and tell you they have competitive benefits. Make sure you ask. Very very toxic environment. Everyone hates Eric Kownacki, the CEO. He is just a mean and nasty person.

Great way to learn how not to run a company

Good workers, clean facility, interesting tasks, challenging work, commute friendly location, ample parking

Cons

Dictatorship. Owned by capital venturist. Outdated, run down equipment in need of constant repair. Impossible goals. No standards in-place. Slow accrual of vacation (if allowed to take any). High turnover rate - knowledgeable employees don't last long. Profit is the only goal. No raises. Lousy benefits. Constant facility tours that disrupt production, as showcasing is more important. Misinterpretation of 5S and 6-sigma disciplines as housecleaning. Lost ISO 9000 qualification. CEO micromanages all company aspects but has no technical background: managers follow suit. New products are respins of older products - including flaws.
