Pros
The company made some effort to “motivate” their employees by organizing regular events etc and seems to be proud about some benefits you get when you work there - such as flexible starting times etc.
Cons
The working atmosphere was very toxic - poor communication of the manager with its workers, tense environment overall, high employees fluctuation with workers being discharged almost every week.
