Great employee benefits overshadowed by micromanagement and unrealistic goals

where do I begin…. Very little training. Unrealistic sales goals with zero room for new ideas and thinking outside the box to achieve those sales goals. Fear lead management style with lots of micromanaging. No work life balance. Commission check is included with regular check so taken right back out in taxes. Market director incredibly controlling down to how she wants you to handshake high ups.

Mixed messages from senior management. Brand direction unsure. A lot of negative feedback and pressure from HO. Lots of ideas implemented but not followed through leading to a lot of extra work with no real outcome.
