      Great "start up" company!

      Pros

      The environment is wonderful. I work at the corporate office and the people are just wonderful. Everyone works with everyone, even if they are not on the same team. The CEO is very interactive with the employees and is not shy to talk about both good and bad things happening within the company. The pay is great, and in my opinion well above the national averages. The benefits are even good for a newer type company!

      I honestly don't have any cons right now working at Ball Metalpack!

      Pros

      Even though the company has been around for decades, it is currently functioning as a start up due to an acquisition. Pay and benefits are higher than average.

      Cons

      Our new motto is NOW. We need to move much faster than some of the systems and processes are set up for. Technology is outdated. Policies are outdated. We need a complete overhaul. I think we are getting there. The company needs to work on their diversity if they want to be a real employer of choice. Population is heavily male. Would love to see more diversity.
