      Pros

      Great working environment. Upper management has a clear vision for the path of the company. PTO, Health Insurance, and employer match 401K is great!

      Cons

      Office is filled with drama between departments. This has improved slightly. Opportunities for advancement are slow.

      Opportunity to get exposure to many different industries. A lot of experience and knowledge in the company and are willing to help develop employees. Good benefits.

      The company has a very positive culture. Everyone is kind and hard working. Succeed and celebrate! Work hard and play hard spirit! Volleyball or soccer during lunch - all are welcome. Plugged in to the community and charities. On-site gym! On-site putting green. Everyone is working toward one common goal - grow the company.
