Pros

Coworkers. The work itself feels rewarding as you're helping to inform voters.

Cons

- Lack of transparency - This company hasn't had an HR person since Dec 2022, - Research Department is led by someone who has no clue how to do anyone in the departments job. We were all puzzled at all times as to what he actually did day to day, yet was paid 2-3x everyone else on the teams salary. - Zero room for growth

Pros

The people I've worked with have been phenomenal. Good work-life balance. There are interesting projects and the work we've done feels necessary and useful.

Cons

It is a startup. It will be scrappy at times.
