Unsafe work environment with poor training and maintenance

Fleet maintenance in very bad state. Planners with no ADR knowledge make mistakes that can cost you your health and life on regular basis. Tanks ran without valid adr certificate ir even mot are not unusual. Thievery amongst drivers. Plackards, tools, etc. Pay clerk who is also a tm will try to screw you on your pay on regular basis. False promises just to keep wheels turning. Exhausting company. Unless you like every day challenge and play 'guess were we screwed up but we will not tell' avoid. Especially if you are inexperienced driver. There is absolute no training given on adr products. all you get is blow one or two tallow loads and according to them you are ready for whatever adr product.
