      Pros

      There is a fun team atmosphere while still maintaining the focus and intensity of a rigorous training program. Even though I did not continue through the entire program I learned many skills that are relevant with my current position.

      Cons

      Work/life balance. Time management is an issue because as you grow and advance you are given a lot of responsibilities.

      Pros

      Learn a ton in a very quick amount of time. I learned how to train people, cross trained on different clients, time management, and most importantly how to work towards my own goals and not someone else's.

      Cons

      Dealing with people who are not self motivated and goal oriented. Having patience with other people's learning curves and understanding everyone learns at different paces and in their own ways.

      Pros

      The skills that are acquired through this program are absolutely amazing & I know people who would kill for the kind of guidance and mentorship that is provided at Baltimore Events! This position is no doubt a challenge because there is so much experience they need you to take in in such a short time & and this position will push you - especially if you are fresh out of college just like I was!! This company has pushed me to my fullest potential and I continue to grow as a professional everyday!! I have learned more in this position than I did in 4 years of college!

      Cons

      Not everyone appreciates the skills they are learning as much as they should and are just in the opportunity for instant gratification - it is no doubt hard work, and there are some that work harder than others.
