      An ill-managed logistics company that underdelivers to its clients and employees

      Product is interesting if you like playing around with electronics, sensors and software (I do ... )

      Cons

      Very high turnover. This also creates trust issues between engineers, managers and clients. All the technical know-how sits at one of the founder's hands and he is not willing to share it. Even the software is written in a weird Matlab-C hybrid that no one fully understands and there is no documentation. Managerial promotion is given instead of wage increase so everybody is someone's boss. Employees are expected to travel a lot (50% of the time) to logistical warehouses and stay there for weeks and work until late everyday (to impress the client). Company has a bad reputation in the market.

      Pros

      Great team, people are strongly committed to providing good results. If you are talented and motivated, in a short time you may have interesting career progress opportunities. The company is active in a very dynamic market, that will drive an important growth over the next years. The products are very interesting (autonomous vehicles for indoor material handling), and the company is very much innovation-oriented. In the last 2 years, the company begun to develop internationally and offers now opportunities for experiences in different countries.

      Cons

      Due to its young structure, some processes still need to be enforced and optimized. Also, there is sometimes a tension between the "start-up" mentality (follow every opportunity) and a more "grown-up" attitude (minimize risks), that can be unpleasant for some people.
