Some umbrella changes have been confusing/ or not worked. In the past there were some communication issues between management and account executive team, has improved a ton.

The whole organization, crappy snacks, wacky leadership team. The goal post keeps moving, no more than 3 reps hit quota at even given month. Leadership is run by children who deem themselves “intellectually superior” simply because they’ve figured out how to continuously con customers into a service that doesn’t actually help any business if they do find themselves in an HR fire.

The other negative reviews are completely valid. My experience has been the exact same. It’s a waste of time for your career.

constant turnover. leadership tries to push poorly thought out processes that backfire

Little work life balance and training, favoritism, management that lacks experience, changing work processes and then changing them again the next day (everything is an experiment), constant anxiety, high turnover (you will see people getting fired your first week)

You will not make your OTE. People are hired and fired weekly. You will be expected to be a SDR and a AE, working 6 AM past normal working hours daily and weekends. Leadership has created a toxic environment and makes policies after you're hired and tells you to sign them or you will not be paid and/or face consequences. Executive Leadership is inexperienced and hires all of their toxic friends. HR company but doesn't have any work ethics and leadership pretends like the company culture is excellent while everyone else suffers. Company doesn't respect your personal life and expects you to be available or you're not a team player. Expect no time off and to work 14 hour days and be underpaid and undervalued. Micromanaged by leadership and everyone listens to your calls. Sales has zero direction and your goals are made to make the company while you won't make any commission. Not a great place to work at all.

You are just a number and they will lay you off quick. Management does not know what they are doing and gives all of the work customer support but don't pay them for the work.

No one has any idea what’s going on, random layoffs, change of responsibility almost daily.

Fake company. Should've read the reviews about this place before joining. You can tell when people are being told to write reviews when you look at the time stamps of the reviews. Looks like a bunch of people in leadership were told to write positive reviews on Octoer 18/30/31, March 16, Mid April, and Again mid May. I also got a request by HR to write a review about this company last month. Stay away from this place!!
