Pros

Location. Close to two coffee shops and train station

Cons

Toxic environment. If your face doesn’t fit, you’ll be constantly overlooked. Management is poor. People and Culture have no idea on legalities or how to look after their staffs best interests. They will just direct you to an app so they can tick a box. You will only climb the ladder if your face fits or you’re part of the popular clique.

Not for career driven adults

Pros

Quarterly bonus Internal movement (due to company growth or frequent leavers?)

Cons

Pride themselves on having a good ‘culture’ which is led by management with a lack experience, clear favouritism and overall toxicity.
