Pros

Small team means your fingerprints are on everything. Shaping the architecture and building for some of the world's biggest brands. Smart and good people who push you.

Cons

You have to be good at advocating/making your voice heard. Bambuser moves fast and if you're not proactive about communicating there may be some lag. Not a place for people who wait to be asked.

At Bambuser, you get the chance to grow into a role that fits you - a culture of being able to prove yourself independently on your previous experiences, but more on what you can bring to the table. The best thing about this company is the people, everyone is really rooting for you to succeed, but also to help you out if sh*t hits the fan.

Cons

The mentality is very start-up, so you must like uncertainty and a strategic direction that changes quite often. Doesn’t have to be a con if you’re OK with that type of environment, but the priorities change very often and sometimes faster than they are communicated. We have clear strategic focus areas - but within those, the execution priorities shift quite often, dependent on client requests, management input, churn notices, prospect demands, competitors, market signals etc.
