Pros
Coworkers are genuinely really nice and they help you out. Paid hour lunch breaks were nice as well.
Cons
You're overworked and underpaid. There's a reason why there's so much turnover for a small company. Management is very toxic and unhelpful besides a few. As a new employee you're thrown into the fire with little to no direction. Also there is no performance reviews, so you're left to toxic meetings and little room for improvement. Also they don't match 401k which is rare.
