      Pros

      You may have a shot at getting some leads, but only if the bankers decide you're worthy

      Cons

      Compliance controls everything. And, they don't even train worth a crap. Paperwork galore, ZERO support, and no way to effectively service your clients. This may have been the worst experience I have ever had as a financial advisor. Most leadership just happened to be in the right place at the right time. When leaders with barely any brokerage experience are promoted, it's time to consider a new firm. BancWest take the cake as the worst ever

      Pros

      Coworkers and managers all work well together and are understanding specifically when it comes to knowing some situations are more complicated than others and may take more time. Metrics are not extremely strict regardless of situation like you might see at a TD Ameritrade type corporation
