The company talks a lot about their culture and how they care about their employees and mental health but it's all a facade, they don't do anything they say on the information they show to clients or people outside the company, there's many abusive people, mainly middle managers who never get called out on their behavior even if you complaint about it even to HR people, they always protect the managers and never help the employees, harassment gets dismissed and they tell you just to ignore it and play like nothing has happened, the higher ups in HR don't care about it either and rather fire people who are being abused than do something about their toxic culture, those types of managers can stay in the job for 15, 20, 25 years and nobody does anything to them. Apparently ridiculing, dismissing, excluding and mistreating people is inline with Bancolombia's culture.
