Pros

Good work-life balance, friendly colleagues, free lunch, TT table. Decent place for Ruby on Rails developers.

Cons

Not much growth for JavaScript and Front-end professionals. Flat hierarchy is gone as the company grew. This is a mature startup growing into a corporate. Hence all the perks related to startups have been taken away. Yet any of the perks you get from a corporate are not in place. While the marketing and board members abroad are very helpful and supportive, they are shielded by your manager. Expect no appreciation for the work.

Pros

Growing company, great perks and a talented development team. There is a lot of trust and freedom to work on interesting stuff. Awesome new office located at Indiranagar and you get a laptop when you join.

Cons

They are working out the overall strategy and vision so sometimes things are a bit chaotic. Project management and planning is a challenge. Reviews and feedback on your performance are hard to get.
