      Gerat place to learn. A lot of preasure

      Pros

      Great place to learn. It 's a multinational company, so you learn a lot from others and from what is done in other countries

      Cons

      Teams are small and a lot of responsability is place on very small teams, with very tight deadlines and sometimes impossible expectations. This generates a lot of stress in all team members which sometimes creates a very tense environment. Not a lot of recognition for the job well done. Leadership skills are not particularly strong. Not a very clear path to groth within the company.

      Challenging, fast-paced role with a lot of visibility and responsibility. This is an extremely demanding role which allows you to develop all sorts of skills.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy and legacy systems overshadow any attempt to expedite processes and make implementation of innovative ways to solve problems very cumbersome.
