Pros

Great facilities and clean building. Good training provided. Some manager are very nice and helpful.

Cons

Toxic workplace. Gossip culture. Many false promises by upper management and HR. Negative and burnt out employees. HR is very stingy and would do anything to cut costs. Many employees leaving the bank were forced to pay the remaining of their contracts.

Logistic arrangement like desktop, seating arrangement , car parking all very good.

Cons

No proper process for IT PPMO department . Senior management only looks for delivery of CR but no value on size. At senior position in IT having poor knowledge on people management, Process , QA , QC at organizational level are major draw backs. Salary too low , no annual bonus . KPI parameters are poor . Also , partiality on nationality basis recruitment.
