      Bank Five Nine provides opportunities for me to what I do best each and every day. Community Involvement is encouraged and supported for every member of the team and contributes to a rewarding work experience. The mission of Bank Five Nine is to Make Lives Better and we are all encouraged to live the mission with our customers, co-workers and our communities.

      Pros

      Bank Five Nine is a wonderful company to work for. They really live up to their mission statement of "Make lives better". They encourage their employees to volunteer in the communities they serve. They also allow branch employees to wear jeans on Saturdays which is a small but much appreciated perk.

      Cons

      Would be wonderful to get a couple of "Volunteer hours" a quarter to do even more good in our communities.

      The benefits this company offers are great and they provide many opportunities to growth. Plenty of PTO is made available.

      Cons

      There is a lot of bureaucracy in the company and the people at the top don't always understand the bigger picture. Each department seems to be doing their own thing
