You may have an opportunity to work and learn from your colleagues to thrive together. If you're lucky enough, you may be appointed to involve in relevant and impactful projects that may open the room to grow.

      Cons

      It's a typical bureaucratic organization with a hierarchical structure. So, the decision-making process may take long and challenging steps. At some point, you need to be comfortable doing some tasks with "don't ask, don't tell" to know what you are asked to do, particularly for the low to mid-level employees. You must embrace some uncertainties during your career journey, including your next appointed positions and performance evaluation results. The organization's culture may swing following the top-level direction.
