They do have ok PTO and there are some great employees.
Cons
There are just way too many cons to list them all. The top con would be competitive pay. You can make more at Wal-mart than you can as a teller here and have better benefits. The constant reassurance from leadership about how great things are at the bank is a constant reminder of how bad the culture and environment actually is day to day. My other really big con would be the constant interruptions in day to day business with the systems always crashing and being down. There always seems to be something down all the time. It is just very frustrating and annoying when you cant do your job because of one thing or another. My third con would be the communication from leadership!! It really is awful. Its not forthcoming, its misleading and simply not productive.
