Pros

Benefits. But that won't last long as they are performing so poorly that those benefits get worse every year. They have 2 sales rally's every that can be enjoyable.

Cons

You will notice that most good reviews are from managers. As a employee of this company I have sat in on the conference call with HR that discuss this companies horrible employee reviews on multiple different job sites. Instead of addressing the issues of their managers, regional managers and senior management's pure lack of leadership, knowledge and complete disrespect for their front line employees they instead work out a plan to have managers go to these sites and write reviews that will manipulate the scores. This is a horrible company to work for and it won't change. The systems they spent millions on don't work for the customers or the employees. The staffing models are no where near sufficient to take care of customers or to be able to do your job correctly. Employees can receive consistent " exceeds expectations" for their yearly reviews but only receive 1% raises and a lecture on how they should be thankful to have a job.

Pros

You know a place is amazing when it suddenly becomes the best place in the universe to work in just two weeks or so! Wait a second....

Cons

To echo the scattered one stars under the sea of five star reviews, ignore everything positive from October. Upper management suddenly noticed we had a bunch of negative reviews on here. They used their "common sense" (bank pun), to think, "Hey! That must be why we can't seem to hire people or keep people! Let's flood the page with positive reviews and all our problems will go away!" If you happen to notice, none of these recent reviews are from people who are low on the totem pole. All some form of management. They told/softly forced all the managers and upper level employees to post positive reviews. This type of behavior is childish and pathetic.

Pros

There are no more pros for this company. Pay is not good. They will over work you, and stress you to complete exhaustion and give you a .10 raise for all of your efforts.

Cons

The regionals harass you unless you brown nose and they are completely unethical when handling any complaints. Most client complaints are due to management and policies but they will use those client complaints to dock any bonus that you may earn.
