      Pros

      UOB Indonesia is really a great company if you're a fresh grad looking for MT programs. There's a lot of in class training & banking certifications that they provide for you to start learning all about banking/finance industry. Mentors are really great to work with to.

      Cons

      Maybe because this is an MT program and we are rotated to several divisions quite frequently, sometimes we don't get to experience the real working situation.
