GetBankcard sets up the hierarchy of their business with culture placed at the top of the pyramid. They are invested in the physical and mental well-being of their employees, first and foremost. I gathered through the interview that being a good and respectful person is more imperative to their hiring process than any other qualification. Additionally, they asked which realm of their internship I was most interested in, to then, make a personalized plan for me. All in all, I experienced a smooth and comfortable interview process.
