Pros
Good benefits (pension, breakfast/lunch, 36-hour work week, equipment, extra vacation week)
Treated well by co-workers and management
A lot of complex and interesting tasks (doesn't get boring)
Cons
The pay can be a little low compared to what I would get if I changed place of work (not including the benefits which honestly are pretty cool)
Some departments have way to many meetings
