      Company is so close to closing down.

      *Early Retirement as a cost saving measure by Chris G and his board. *HR is ran poorly and enjoys passing gossip with other managers. *Too many leader to help a ship sail. *Bait and switch employment. Mental and Verbal abuse is something that is common at Bankwell. If you work here document everything and blind copy yourself too any communication you have with leaders or HR as they will switch what you said entirely. *They're not an equal opportunity employer, they only hire people with banking experience. They offer ZERO training. Your micro-manage by individuals that where TELLERS at other banks. ZERO communication skills and very rude senior leaders. ZOOM calls that add no value to the business.
