      Great people, good office location

      Cons

      Terrible senior management. As a middle manager in this company you are just required to blindly follow what management wants to do. Company split one codebase into two by just forking the code increasing the complexity and building silos. People get the minimum possible wage and every salary increase is a negotiation that takes a few months.

      Salary was decent. Office centrally located in Stockholm.

      Cons

      Chaotic workplace. No working processes and those who were in place did not follow any. Culture of silence and very sexist culture. Several middle-aged senior men who see it as the right to scold employees in front of others at meetings etc. and those who reported it to HR get the answer that those who bark may have problems at home and that you should be forgiving of them. Completely unreasonable working hours and no respect for statutory daily rest. etc etc. No “kollektivavtal”.
