      Pros

      Benefits are good. Coworkers are great. Work hours are good. Pay is at industry standard.

      Cons

      Top management is the worst. Medical insurance very expensive. Very little company contributions to insurance. Management protects themselves and cares very little about employees. Bottom line is money. How much can they get out of customers pockets and put into management pockets and not employees. Will not be working here for much longer.

      Pros

      The company culture is fun, we have a good time while getting a lot of work done. Benefits are great and the company is very consiterate of their employees.

      Cons

      Leadership could listen to the team more but they are actively working on that. Some new additions to the Banyan team are helping them in the right leadership direction.

      If you ARE ONLY looking for family benefits ( medical or 401k ) this MIGHT be the place for you.

      Cons

      They're GREAT at preaching the "Team Work" attitude thing BUT reality is that i'ts all about "Clicks" Don't expect to befriend or be-friended within a year or better of employment at Banyan. Even worse! If your not considered into their established inner circle "Clicks", you MIGHT become an out cast and even bullied by those on your shift.
