Cons

Management had unrealistic expectations on performance and productivity goals for case managers. Low salary for experienced employees, no paid vacations, pretty bad insurance option as part of your "benefits".

For-profit company that doesn’t give annual raises despite the terrible pay offered. Views employees as expendable despite claiming to be a “family” and promoting mental health. Management lies to your face about promotions and training opportunities to string you along and leaves you high and dry. Very hierarchical structure where advice and criticism is not welcomed Managers are petty, vindictive and self-important and view them selves as better than their employees. Targets are unrealistically high and employees are over worked while management is out of touch with reality.
