Very low pay for American workers, with absolutely no salary increases (I worked there for more than 5 years and was promised a yearly review from the start. However, neither myself nor my American co-workers were ever given a legitimate review or any sort of raise). It is a hostile work environment with a high level of discrimination based on ethnicity and gender. Small skeleton crew with any extra work falling on the same five people (workers who leave are never replaced & management just distributes that work load). The company is run like a dictatorship who refuse to empathize with their workers (i.e. any and all concerns about workplace environment are consistently met with the same single-sentence response, "If you don't like it, you can leave". No appreciation for a job well done and no human resource department to ensure that workers are being treated fairly.

Zero should be a rating option. Multiple racist comments against Americans by management - reported physical abuse against colleagues, no action taken by upper management - no clear direction given on any job because they ask six different people to the same job - no actual communication ever - always accusing others of mistakes - management never takes responsibility - no ability to learn or grow
