Brand and logo can look fantastic on your resume Staff discounts (conditional; of course) Not the worst work environment I have seen so far You will develop strong emotional resilience

Cons

Abysmal amount of shifts; don’t bother if you “need the money”. Shift changes can be punitive and emotionally driven. Management style is toxic, inconsistent and incredibly anal, micromanagement is part of daily work life and staff are scrutinised obsessively. Culture can feel tense and emotionally exhausting, management plays favoritism and pathetic power dynamics. Staff turnover is high, full timers and part timers constantly came and left during my time there.
