Management shows no loyality to the employee. There is no praise for a job well done but plenty of criticism when a mistake is made. PRN's get extra shifts over regular or parttime personnel.

Retaliation against employees once complain of bullying Travelers that I seen there was mistreated and given the worst assignments Interrupts during your lunch break usually for no reason Waits until shift change to transfer workload to icu Belittled during time of emergency in front of other staff and customers Will try to black ball nurses if you ever put in a two week notice after your mistreated by their favorite staff I.e retaliation Nurses expected to do everyone’s job rather it’s therapists, CNA, and doctors and management
