      Extremely bad training, too many demands on customer facing employees with insufficient trading to do what is asked, claim to be a community bank but all behaviors indicate that they are a wanna be Metro bank. Impersonal.

      Great people. Great investment product. This company represents community banking at its best. With the purchase of a new bank, there should be plenty of advancement opportunities.

      In the past, advancement was limited but with new acquisition, there are likely plenty of opportunities.
