Team members and managers were great

Cons

The corporate people would sit in their ivory tower and basically ran the place in the ground with their decisions or lack of . They stopped caring and didn't give money to repair things or update them. Also heard they would dangle internships in front of people with promise of full time employment only to fire the interns early when they got what they wanted from them. Towards the end they started firing a lot of people who were really great.

With the rapid growth of Hopcat it is easy to get lost in the shuffle. Lower-rank employees bear the grunt of the work while constantly changing management learns by trial and error

Pros

They force you to drink beer. Every shift. Could wear anything.

Cons

Management was very sketchy. The company is sold as family and quirky individuality. In fact, they they treat you very little like family. It is an extreme corporate atmosphere. The majority of Upper Management I dealt with was condescending and surprisingly religious. You can keep it, they are selling something they do not posses.
