Management is open to ideas, Work-Life Balance given importance, Open for ideas and initiatives and business ventures, Helpful seniors around, pretty new right now to company to explore all the opportunities, however I am looking forward for a long term career with this company and to be able to use my experience to the highest level here and work towards the aim and goal of the company. It is a growing company and i look forward for quite a few opportunities for this organisation.

Challenges for me right know would be that my work pace is little slow at the moment as I have just started working.
