      Management style changed from small company to big company

      Pros

      Diverse work loads - many products to work on that were different. Reasonable compensation and benefits for a small company Working with different disciplines, sales, manufacturing, technicians, etc.

      Cons

      The working environment was becoming more unpleasant. When I started, it felt like a team and everyone wanted to work together. When I left, there was a lot of animosity between the different groups (engineering, manufacturing, sales, etc.). People were not as friendly and willing to help out.

      Pros

      I had a very positive onboarding experience. Communication before my start date was clear and helpful, which made day one feel smooth and well-organized. Training was structured without being overwhelming, and resources were easy to access. My manager and teammates were welcoming, supportive, and took time to answer questions and provide context. Overall, the onboarding process made me feel prepared, valued, and set up for success in my role.

      Cons

      The only feedback I have is the contents of the email I received prior to my phone call to discuss my offer. I wish it was clearer that they'd like a phone call to discuss the contents of my offer.
