Pros

Wonderful people and teams, creative, collaborative, excellence driven. Good pension scheme and City of London benefits.

Cons

Poor leadership & practices, lack of transparency, favouritism across SLT is a pattern that will not change, it won't be addressed and is supported from the CoL. No psychological safety.

Cons

Can be quite dull/ repetitive work, Customer Service, Although pay is comparative to similar roles in other organisations and above living wage it is still not a livable wage in London
